There are two main reasons for this. We purposely make our bases without alcohol to empower bar and hospitality owners to get creative with the finished served. That means adding the spirit or mixers of their choice to the desired taste of their customers.

By being produced alcohol free this allows for a variety of cocktails and mocktails to be created, expanding bar menus and enabling bars to come up with their own signature serves.

The second reason is to preserve the quality and shelf life of our bases. Without alcohol being included there is less degradation of flavour and quality so you can continue to use our bases for a longer period of time, enhancing margins and profitability.
